What are the basic requirements?

- Minimum 512Kbps Internet Speed.
- 1 MB Speed Recommended
- Windows Media Player Latest
- Any Microsoft Operating Systems
- Min 32MB of RAM
- Internet Explorer 6.0 or Above
- You don't need any additional software's or equipments to watch our stream

Can I share my account with my friend?

We do not encourage account sharing at any cost. As part of our security measures, Sky Desi's Automated IP screening System regularly screens activity in the SkyDesi website. During the screening, if we have reason to believe that an issue regarding multiple IP access in one account especially IP's from different states, countries or networks will result in an immediate account deletion from our data base without any notice.

What is your refund policy?

SkyDesi.Com only provides refunds if customers request the refund within 24 hrs of customer's Signup. You must contact SkyDesi billing team ( payments@skydesi.com ) within 24 hrs of your sign up to claim a refund.

Is there any monthly contracts?

We DO NOT have any contract with our packages other than monthly subscriptions. You can cancel your monthly subscriptions from your end at any time you want.

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept all major credit cards through our Paypal secure payment system.
